I used to be very pessimistic about using LLMs in my work. I did it now for the last couple of weeks and it’s really astonishing what you can achieve with it nowadays.

Vacuuming and mopping
After nearly 4 years, it’s time to replace my Roborock S4 Max with a new vacuum cleaner that can also mop. I decided for an Ecovacs Deebot T80 OMNI and so far, it’s really nice.
It’s a little bit slower, but way quieter (incredible, especially due to the fact that the vacuum performance raised from 2.000 Pa to now 18.000 Pa) and I can properly control it via Matter and in Home Assistant out of the box.
Besides getting the mopping capability – which was necessary due to a new home with a floor you see every dirt – I always disliked how the Roborock navigates around obstacles. It more or less crashed into it, resulting in many scratches in my chair and table legs. From that point of view, you can clearly see the development in navigation of vacuum robots.

Tried to disable Apple Intelligence
Since Apple Intelligence is now also available in Germany, I directly tried to disable it. Turns out: my iPhone is not even supported. 😂
